At Årø Vingård, we have a lot of manual labor. First, there is fieldwork, where we remove weeds with a hoe, prune, and tie up our vines. Also, our small production means that there is a lot of manual handling in the winery. From the moment we harvest the grapes to when our wine is bottled, we have handled the wine many times. But that also means that we are constantly monitoring how the wine develops.
