All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to make incorrect price statements. Furthermore, the seller reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is also possible to pay in advance by bank transfer. Note, however, that the buyer is better off using a payment card, as he/she is then protected by the objection scheme. Payment by bank transfer means that the buyer must manually transfer the total amount of the order from their own bank account to the seller's bank account. As soon as the amount has been received in the seller's bank account, the item is forwarded to the buyer.
Reservations are made for price errors as well as sold-out and discontinued items.
www.aaro-vin.dk is secured with an SSL certificate. SSL stands for "Secure Sockets Layer" and can be recognized by the web shop’s address starting with "https:". The SSL certificate ensures that all data sent to and from the web shop is encrypted, so that strangers cannot intercept this information and use it for purposes other than intended.
When the buyer pays for his order on [web shop domain], this takes place via a payment window from the payment provider ePay. All payment card information entered in the payment window is extra well protected because it cannot even be seen by the web shop itself and because the payment system must meet strict requirements for handling, storing, and transmitting card data, cf. the PCI standard (www.pcisecuritystandards.org). The buyer is therefore better protected against abuse when shopping online than when using a payment card in a regular business.

We only deliver in Denmark, defined as Jutland, Funen, Zealand, and fixed islands. The buyer is responsible for providing information if the delivery address is not within the seller's delivery area.
If the delivery address is different from the invoice address, the buyer can specify this when ordering.
The buyer can also choose to pick up his goods in the store.

Unsuccessful delivery or collection costs DKK 50,00 inkl. moms.
The delivery time is usually between 4-6 working days. However, the seller reserves the right to deliver within 9 working days from the buyer's order.
The seller will, if it is aware that a significant delay will occur, notify the buyer of this as far as possible. But the seller cannot be held responsible for the delay. Delays can, for example, be due to delays with suppliers or transport companies as well as public holidays, strikes, possible storms or breakdowns.
If the item is sold out or backordered, the seller contacts the buyer and informs them when the ordered item can be shipped. In this case, the buyer also has the option to cancel the order.
Information on www.aaro-vin.dkdk is indicative only. It is the buyer's own responsibility to assess the suitability and usability of the goods for the buyer's purposes.
The seller's responsibility for damage to the buyer, his next of kin, the buyer's goods, third parties or third-party goods, etc. is limited to circumstances resulting from gross negligence on the part of the seller as well as liability laid down in general, irrevocable compensation rules. Indirect losses and consequential damages are not covered by the seller.
If damage is inflicted on a third party, the buyer must immediately notify the seller and contribute to clarifying the matter. The seller has the right to inspect the damage.
Årø Vingård IVS sells alcoholic beverages, and you must therefore be 18 years of age to access our web shop.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal below only applies to private customers. There is no right of cancellation for business purchases.
The buyer has 14 days from receipt to notify Årø Vingård IVS that he/she regrets the purchase of his item.
The buyer then has 14 days to send the item back.
The buyer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.
The buyer is obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received, i.e. it must not have been put into actual use.
The packaging must not be broken for goods where the original packaging constitutes a significant part of the goods' new value.
Goods/orders and/or quantities specially taken home cannot be cancelled. This also applies to goods which have been manufactured to the buyer's/consumer's specifications or which have been given a distinct personal touch.

The buyer must make a complaint about defects that are or should have been discovered upon receipt, no later than 8 days after receiving the goods and before the delivery is put into use or processed.
At Årø Vingård IVS the buyer has a 12-month right of complaint on all goods. This applies unless something else is stated on the product in the product catalogue.
The right to complain means that the buyer can complain about errors and defects in the product that appear up to 12 months after the buyer received the product. The right to complain expires if the defect is caused by the buyer, for example because of incorrect or unauthorized use. It is also a prerequisite that the error or deficiency was present when the buyer received the item for the first time.
The buyer must advertise within a reasonable time after he/she has ascertained the error or deficiency. If the buyer complains within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
NOTE: Business customers can only return goods for faults and defects and by prior agreement.
