Our vineyards are spread across three locations. We have the original vineyard with 2200 vines, the new vineyard with 3500 vines and 1200 apple trees, as well as a vineyard near the visitor center with 2800 vines. In the vineyards, we have black soil in the rows and around the plants, as we believe this achieves a higher soil temperature.
